Dr. Nicole da Silva graduated, with honours, from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Prior to becoming a Chiropractor, she received her Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences. Nicole has also completed the Neurofunctional Acupuncture program at McMaster University, as well as courses in pre and post-partum care. Dr. da Silva is a trainer at F45 Leaside and uses this experience as an added tool to her practice.

Dr. da Silva believes in taking the time to learn and understand everything that makes you unique. She is very thorough in her sessions and seeks to uncover anything that may be preventing you from reaching your goals. Dr. da Silva will tailor your treatment plan to match your values, comfort level, and expectations.
