Please note: This is not your typical massage therapy session as our RMTs will be using manual therapy for the purpose of movement. Our goal is to help you move better, so please come prepared with shorts and a sports bra/tank top as you can expect to be up and moving periodically throughout your session. Bio

Jordan discovered a passion for physical therapy after experiencing multiple sports-related injuries as a teenager. The care and guidance from an inspiring physiotherapist not only helped Jordan return to the sports they loved but also taught them how to manage and prevent future injuries. This early experience fueled a desire to provide the same high-quality care to others.

Jordan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University and completed their Master’s in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. They are dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans that incorporate hands-on manual therapy, exercise, and education. Jordan has a particular interest in working with active individuals, runners, desk workers, and those training in various martial arts, aiming to optimize their health and physical performance.

Prior to her education, she was a dancer for 20 years and was highly active in the Dance Minor program at Western University before a multi-ligamentous knee injury forced her to take a break from dance.

Her personal experience managing a significant knee injury led to her pursuing her passion for understanding and optimizing movement of the human body. Despite her injury, her surgery and intensive rehabilitation she competed in her final season of university dance competitions. She truly knows what it takes to get the body moving and feeling its best.

Monika takes an evidence-informed and client-centered approach to treatment, tailoring each client’s treatment specifically to their needs. Rachel has an extensive educational background in health and exercise. She completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at Brock University, followed by an Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College, and earned her Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Ontario College of Health & Technology.

Rachel’s love for movement and rehabilitation stems from her own experience as a competitive swimmer. Throughout her swimming career, she encountered numerous injuries, and it was through regular visits to a massage therapist that she learned to manage her injuries and maintain her health. This experience inspired Rachel to pursue a career dedicated to helping others. She is passionate about treating patients to reduce pain and achieve their sports and activity goals.
