He has been a life-long athlete, and a coach for over 15 years. Richard has been a lecturer and teaching assistant at the University of Toronto, teaching biomechanics and physical activity courses. His broad exposure to a variety of sports and knowledge — from sailing to powerlifting — has allowed him to bring a unique perspective and integration of manual therapy, and how it compliments movement.

Kevin is a physiotherapist and Markham native who went to the University of Waterloo to obtain his Bachelor of Science Honours in Kinesiology, and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University.

Kevin’s initial exposure to physiotherapy stems from his co-op work with physiotherapists at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, where he saw a diverse population of patients requiring everything from balance training, to gait analysis. Jason completed his Master’s in Clinical Science for Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2022. This degree is only done by physiotherapists looking to take their practice to a higher understanding. The program has existed for > 15 years & is revered worldwide for its training. Many practitioners who have completed this program have gone on to work as head therapists for professional sports teams, developing their start-up businesses and developing advanced research for rehab.
