Please note: This is not your typical massage therapy session as our RMTs will be using manual therapy for the purpose of movement. Our goal is to help you move better, so please come prepared with shorts and a sports bra/tank top as you can expect to be up and moving periodically throughout your session. Dr. Nicolas Lioktsis is a licensed chiropractor who graduated with distinction from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Before his life at CMCC, he received his Honours Bachelor of Science degree from York University graduating with a major in Kinesiology, and a minor in Psychology. Throughout his academic career, Nicolas has always been heavily involved in sports with martial arts and swimming being at the forefront. Nicolas has been a martial artist for over 15 years achieving the rank of fourth-degree black belt and earning the title of “Renshi” or “Polished Master” all while competing and performing globally. Nicolas has also been a martial arts instructor for over 10 years, helping adults, teens, and children alike achieve their healthy lifestyle, movement, and fitness goals.

Nicolas’s evidence-based practice incorporates a wide variety of active and passive therapies such as spinal manipulation, mobilization, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, ongoing education, as well as individualized and ever-evolving rehabilitation plans to help you achieve your optimal health. Haris is a physiotherapist who earned his Masters of Physical Therapy from Western University. Jason Khan (PT, FCAMPT, CGMIS) is a physiotherapist with over a decade’s worth of experience, with continued dedication to becoming a leader in the field. His clientele has ranged from professional athletes (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL & Olympians) to top executives & entrepreneurs—a graduate of Queen’s University Masters of Physiotherapy in 2012. Jason has worked in outpatient orthopedics, having extensive post-op medicine experience and working alongside best-in-class Sports Medicine Doctors and Orthopedic Surgeons.

Jason completed his Master’s in Clinical Science for Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2022. This degree is only done by physiotherapists looking to take their practice to a higher understanding. The program has existed for > 15 years & is revered worldwide for its training. Many practitioners who have completed this program have gone on to work as head therapists for professional sports teams, developing their start-up businesses and developing advanced research for rehab.

Juny’s experience with physiotherapist encompasses more than treating - she has coached for the WAVE development swim program with Mississauga Aquatic club, as well as being a teaching assistant at York University’s Integrative Acupuncture certification.
