Matt became a Chiropractor after graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He has been involved with powerlifting and Strong Man for over 10 years. Matt has worked with (and competed against!) athletes at provincial, national and international levels.

Matt became a chiropractor because he wants to help people live their lives to the fullest; free from pain and dysfunction. His own experiences, as an athlete, allow him to empathize and encourage his clients in a meaningful way. Matt combines soft tissue therapies, with appropriately utilized adjustments and well structured exercise programs that are tailored to you.

Outside of work, Matt loves baseball and football, and can be found training to start competitively powerlifting again. Matt is passionate about the environment and volunteers with different conservation groups. He also an avid reader, when he can find the time!

As a lifelong athlete, Jonathan has played a variety of high-level, competitive sports including soccer, basketball, volleyball, track and field, and taekwondo.
