Please note: This is not your typical massage therapy session as our RMTs will be using manual therapy for the purpose of movement. Our goal is to help you move better, so please come prepared with shorts and a sports bra/tank top as you can expect to be up and moving periodically throughout your session. Matt became a Chiropractor after graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He has been involved with powerlifting and Strong Man for over 10 years. Matt has worked with (and competed against!) athletes at provincial, national and international levels.

Matt became a chiropractor because he wants to help people live their lives to the fullest; free from pain and dysfunction. His own experiences, as an athlete, allow him to empathize and encourage his clients in a meaningful way. Matt combines soft tissue therapies, with appropriately utilized adjustments and well structured exercise programs that are tailored to you.

Jonathan understands how pain and injuries can get in the way of life and the things you love to do. He completed his Masters of Physical Therapy from McMaster University after completing his Bachelors of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia in his home town of Vancouver.

As a lifelong athlete, Jonathan has played a variety of high-level, competitive sports including soccer, basketball, volleyball, track and field, and taekwondo. Having endured his fair share of injuries, he has experienced first-hand the power of physiotherapy and comprehensive treatment plans. Jonathan places emphasis on proper education and preventative rehabilitation as a part of his treatment sessions.
