Growing up as an athlete, Alex has experienced his fair share of injuries (soccer, football, hockey, and running) and is therefore able to utilize his personal experiences to help his clients overcome theirs.
By utilizing a full body head-to-toe assessment, Alex aims to find the root cause of the issue in front of him. He then builds personalized and comprehensive treatment plans based on the specific findings, limitations, and goals of his clients - always with objective goals and milestones in mind.
Alex does not want to JUST get you out of pain, he wants your experience with physiotherapy to lead to a fulfilling experience to ultimately attain the physical goals you have in your life.
