Indu is a physiotherapist who loves helping people feel better, move with confidence, and get back to doing the things they love. She completed her undergraduate degree in kinesiology at the University of Waterloo and went on to complete her physiotherapy degree at St. George’s, University of London in England. She has also completed additional certifications and training in pelvic health, allowing her to support clients through a variety of life stages and goals.

She enjoys working with a wide range of clients, including weekend warriors, pregnant clients, and those recovering from surgery. Her approach combines education, individualized treatment plans, exercise, and manual therapy to create a plan that works for each person. She loves getting to know her clients, working alongside them throughout their recovery, and celebrating the progress they make along the way.

Having experienced her own share of injuries, Indu understands that rehabilitation can sometimes be challenging and that recovery doesn’t always happen overnight. She brings this personal experience and understanding into her care and strives to make every client feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their journey.

Outside of the clinic, Indu loves spending time with her son, daughter, and her little dachshund. Jonathan understands how pain and injuries can get in the way of life and the things you love to do. He completed his Masters of Physical Therapy from McMaster University after completing his Bachelors of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia in his home town of Vancouver.

As a lifelong athlete, Jonathan has played a variety of high-level, competitive sports including soccer, basketball, volleyball, track and field, and taekwondo. Having endured his fair share of injuries, he has experienced first-hand the power of physiotherapy and comprehensive treatment plans. Jonathan places emphasis on proper education and preventative rehabilitation as a part of his treatment sessions. Once you get to know Alex, you’ll realize one thing – he commits. As a Physiotherapist, he approaches each individual case with the same level of dedication. Growing up as an athlete, Alex has experienced his fair share of injuries (soccer, football, hockey, and running) and is therefore able to utilize his personal experiences to help his clients overcome theirs.

By utilizing a full body head-to-toe assessment, Alex aims to find the root cause of the issue in front of him. He then builds personalized and comprehensive treatment plans based on the specific findings, limitations, and goals of his clients - always with objective goals and milestones in mind.

Alex does not want to JUST get you out of pain, he wants your experience with physiotherapy to lead to a fulfilling experience to ultimately attain the physical goals you have in your life.

Alex has been with Myo since the early days in 2016! In addition to his client caseload, Alex was the founding Clinic Director of Myo Exchange Tower which opening in May 2021, and is currently the Clinic Director for Myodetox Brookfield since its opening in October 2025. This requires him to manage a team of ambitious and developing clinicians, while also serving as a clinical support to their respective caseloads. Alex also completed in the Advanced Health Care Practice (Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy stream) master’s program at the University of Western Ontario in 2025.
